Allegretto: an instruction for a musician to play a passage of music faster, but not excessively so

Founded by Gopi Sundaram in 2019, Allegretto Consulting is focused on helping companies navigate extraordinary change, and realize the benefits of those changes more quickly.

As Principal, Gopi channels his efforts towards executing transformational initiatives — IT implementations, back-office processes and controls, and training & development — to help operationalize strategic projects.

Before forming Allegretto Consulting, Gopi spent his career at several mid-stage startup companies as a consultant focused on both customer success as well as building internal capabilities and operational excellence. With his extensive experience in the Financial Services, Insurance, and non-profit sectors, as well as a strong background in tech, Gopi has a long track record of driving successful technology and business process transformation and adoption.

Outside of work, Gopi is a patron and promoter of classical music. He helps organize the Cleveland Thyagaraja Festival , and works with organizations across the country to promote arts education and performance among youth.
